Hyman Coren: There might be free ones on the internet but whether or not they are good is the question.I would research books such as the Abs Diet (that you learn about nutrition from and they give you recip! es and snacks as suggestions to eat, as well as exercises for ! muscle tone) and find the book that received high ratings or a plan that you like.To buy a book is not free but you can borrow it from the library for free....Show more
